For this project, the main objective was to advertise the oldest bar in Long Beach: Joe Jost. The concept for these advertisements is that Joe's is more of a classic joint among an older demographic and not an upscale place. With this in mind, the design team went with a comical approach to these advertisements with showcasing the food on fancy dishes by staging and doing a photoshoot with Joe's trademark dishes. Additionally, the headlines have upscale names for these dishes. Even though Joe's is only a bar, they still have a long history with their world-famous pickled eggs. As such, we wanted to utilize this product and make an emblem for the pickled eggs.

On the flyer it will show one of the many eggs with a QR code a customer could scan that would direct them to Joe Jost memorabilia. On the front side of the flyer, we have the main logo for Joe's with a QR code taking the consumer to the main website if they would like to learn more about the history of the establishment.

For these social media campaigns, we wanted to show off the low cost of each product as Joe's has affordable food that is delicious for any snack on the go. Furthermore, we wanted to showcase the main Instagram pages with story highlights a customer could view for more information.

During the design process for this poster, the size of the piece became bigger with each revision. The focal point for this poster will naturally focus on the title as well as the headliners for this piece. Each day is to have the same grid system as another. The left column showcases all the bands that will be playing during a given day. On the right column are all the highlighted vendors that will be available during each day of the event. The main feeling behind this program guide was to give off the raw emotion of gloom and macabre, while keeping it elegant in some areas. For the backside of the poster, the focus is on the headliners and to create a poster that a person would hang in their room for a memorable experience.

For the additional merchandise elements, the color palette stayed cohesive as well as the icons made on the poster. For the T-shirt design, the skull emblem is also found on the poster tangled inside of webs. On the back of the shirt there are a list of all the artists playing during the festival with the “Out From The Shadows" logo at the very bottom. To add to this, the canvas bag that an attendee could purchase at the show has unique crow icons following the same color scheme.

For the holographic ticket stubs, they are only for VIP members that purchase this bundle. For the back of the ticket, it has the band logo and a QR code for the artist's Spotify page to help familiarize an attendee to their music. On the front of the ticket, it has the details about when the main headliner will be playing for that day.
